CRINKLED SKIRT

The Crinkled Skirt is part of the Fragments collection, a sustainable exploration of material transformation through a zero-waste approach. The collection reinterprets leftover, deadstock, vintage, and new textiles into expressive surfaces, inspired by architecture, art, and tactile design.

This piece is made to order, allowing each garment to be individually crafted. Due to the nature of the process, each piece carries subtle variations in texture and surface.

The skirt is defined by its richly textured, crinkled surface, created through a process of fabric manipulation and structuring. The material is shaped into an irregular, sculptural relief that creates depth, movement, and a distinctive three-dimensional character.

It features a relaxed, softly A-line silhouette with a fluid drape and a midi-to-long length. The volume is distributed organically, allowing the garment to move naturally with the body while maintaining its sculptural presence.

The piece can also be worn as a strapless dress, offering versatility and transforming the garment into a multi-functional design.

A key advantage of this piece is its easy maintenance. The fabric is Oeko-Tex certified cotton, designed for practical everyday wear, it can be washed in a protective laundry bag in the washing machine at 30 °C and does not require ironing. The crinkled structure is intentionally preserved, making the garment especially suitable for travel.

Each piece is handcrafted in Slovenia.
