Delivery times are provided as a general guideline and may vary due to payment authorization, product availability, production time, or customs delays. Please note that many pieces are made to order, which may extend the overall delivery timeframe. In such cases, you will be contacted with a more precise estimated timeline.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email containing your tracking number.

Each piece is carefully packaged in our Ljubljana studio and shipped with tracked delivery to ensure it arrives safely.
