return and exchange policy

All products may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, provided they are in their original condition and packaging (not worn, with all accessories and original packaging included).

Please follow these steps to proceed with a return:

1. Contact us at hi@nikaravnik.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. 
2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions for returning the item. 
3. Returned items must be packaged in their original condition, including all original labels and packaging. 

 

Pre-orders, made-to-order pieces are not eligible for returns.

All returns are subject to a return fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g. for a different size), please return the original item and place a new order.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at hi@nikaravnik.com. Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the packaging and the product, and keep the package for possible inspection by the shipping carrier.

Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We recommend keeping your return tracking number until the refund has been completed.
