ELA DRESS

The Ela Dress is part of the LALULI collection, an artistic exploration of the hidden landscapes of human emotion and memory. The collection translates intuitive gestures and subconscious imagery into expressive textile surfaces and sculptural garment forms.

The textile print originates from an original hand-drawn illustration by Nika Ravnik, created with wax crayons. The drawing was enlarged and transferred onto fabric using digital textile printing, transforming spontaneous strokes into a vivid painterly surface.

The dress features a structured yet fluid silhouette with a soft V-shaped neckline and sculptural short sleeves. Layered geometric folds run along the front of the garment, creating movement and a dynamic architectural surface that echoes the origami-inspired design language of the collection.

The expressive print combines vibrant coral red tones with soft white textures, emphasizing the graphic rhythm of the illustration and enhancing the sculptural construction of the dress.
The fabric is 100% Oeko-Tex certified satin cotton, digitally printed using biodegradable water-based dyes. The garment is developed using the zero-waste design method, reflecting the sustainable philosophy of the Nika Ravnik brand.

Each piece is handcrafted in Slovenia.
