CRINKLED DRESS

The Crinkled Dress is part of the Fragments collection, a sustainable exploration of material transformation through a zero-waste approach. The collection reinterprets textiles into expressive surfaces, inspired by architecture, art, and tactile design.

This piece is made to order, allowing each garment to be individually crafted. Due to the nature of the process, each dress carries subtle variations in texture and surface, making every piece unique in its expression.

The dress is defined by its richly textured, crinkled surface, created through an intensive fabric manipulation technique. The material forms an irregular, sculptural relief that creates depth, movement, and a strong three-dimensional presence.

It features a relaxed, voluminous silhouette with long sleeves and a softly structured shape that gently follows the body. This version is developed as a wearable midi-length dress, adapted from the original runway piece, which was presented in a full-length version.

A key advantage of this garment is its easy maintenance. The fabric is Oeko-Tex certified cotton, designed for everyday wear, it can be washed in a protective laundry bag at 30 °C and does not require ironing. The crinkled texture is intentionally preserved, making it ideal for travel.

Each piece is handcrafted in Slovenia.
