All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice and are valid at the time of purchase.
While we aim for accuracy, pricing errors may occasionally occur.

Orders and production
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders may be accepted or declined at our discretion. Confirmation is sent via email.
Each piece is made with care, using a combination of handcrafted techniques and experimental processes. Because of this, production time may vary depending on the garment.
Estimated production time:
– Ready-to-ship pieces: 3–5 business days
– Made-to-order pieces: approximately 2–4 weeks
For more complex or custom pieces, production may take longer. In such cases, you will receive a confirmation email with a more precise timeline after your order is placed.
Most items are handmade and often unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. Size adjustments may be possible upon request via email.
Orders may be cancelled if items are unavailable.

We ship via Pošta Slovenije, GLS, DHL, or other providers.

– European Union: 15 €
– Non-EU Europe: 20 €
– USA & Canada: 25 €
– Asia & Oceania: 35 €
– Rest of the world: 35 €
Processing time: 3–5 business days
Estimated delivery:
– Slovenia: 1–3 working days
– Europe: 3–10 working days
– International: 5–15 working days
Delivery times may vary depending on availability. Partial shipments may occur.
The provider is not liable for damage or loss during transport. The carrier is responsible. Customers must report any damage immediately and are advised to document it with photos.
Shipping
Returns are governed by a separate return policy available on the website.
Taxes and duties
Prices include VAT but exclude customs duties. Orders outside the EU may be subject to additional import taxes and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
